The title of the current ‘Samrub’ is named as WISDOM OF SUSTAINABLE SUMMER SAMRUB "คิมหันตฤดู เมนูแห่งความยั่งยืน". As the title suggests, this spectacular set of flavorful dishes served to highlight one of the integral aspects of Thai traditional cuisine, which is sustainability.
