When you order our Lunch Samrub or Dinner Samrub, your meal will include a “hot and spicy jungle curry with brown marbled grouper and cordyceps.” Chef Chumpol Jangpai has specifically created this dish with love to mark the occasion of this special day in the hearts of Thai people all over the world.

The brown marbled grouper is a densely-textured and sweet-tasting fish that is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. The aromatic herbal aromas from the jungle curry pastes perfectly complement the texture and sweet taste of the fish. But along with the flavourful taste, the dish also offers a variety of health benefits that every father will appreciate.
Omega 3 fatty acids can reduce blood pressure, and improve circulation by acting as an aid in the prevention of plaque build-up in the arteries. Cordyceps reduces blood sugar levels, helps to slow down the effects of ageing, restores kidney and lung functions and increases the body's immune system.
The dish also includes black galingale in the curry pastes. This ingredient is used to help reduce inflammation, detoxify the body, increase muscle performance and treat allergies.
