Each menu was created to incorporate the Wisdom of Thai Cuisine, the use of the best local ingredients across the country with the art of seasoning from traditional recipes to deliver the exquisite flavors of Thai cuisine that is very rare to find nowadays.
R-HAAN, a fine dining establishment founded by Khun Todd, Piti Bhirom Bhakdi and Chef Chumpol Jangprai. Both with a strong passion for Thai cuisine, inspired by the old Thai proverb of “There is fish in the water and rice in the fields”. R-HAAN uses the freshest seasonal Thai ingredients to create the authentic Thai fine dining dishes intended to pass on the wisdom of Thai cuisine to diverse and sustainable customer groups.
