R-HAAN, the fine dining restaurant was founded by Khun Todd, Piti Bhirombhakdi and Chef Chumpol Jaengprai where the wisdom of Thai cuisine is incorporated into the menu with meticulousness in every process. Selection of the best locally-sourced ingredients across regions of Thailand to deliver extraordinary dishes. Guaranteed the excellence of quality and taste with MICHELIN star awards, achieved 1 star in 2019, then upgraded to MICHELIN 2 stars in 2020 and has been keeping the great honor for the next 4 consecutive years from 2020-2023.

The Wisdom of Sustainable Winter Season Samrub

WELCOME TO THAILAND AMUSE BOUCHE Start with an appetizer Traditional Winter Northern Jelly Curry, the seasonal dish for winter. With traditional recipes and the mastery of cooking from the chef. Follow by A Crispy Wild Piper Leaf with Thai Herbs served in Golden Pastry, Udonthani Style Spicy Minced Duck Salad served with Young Musk Melon; a spicy dish in Udonthani style served with young Musk Melon to cut off the spiciness. Next is Hom Kradung-Nga Herbs' Rice with Sai Buri Budo Aromatic Seasoning Sauce, and ECC Dumpling Crab Meat and YAIMOM Flour from TRAT delivers a great texture from the best YAIMOM Flour in Trat.
