Launching Royal Summer Menu R-HAAN
Authentic Thai Cuisine for the Summer Months
Chef Chumpol, at R-HAAN is highly skilled at serving authentic Thai cuisine. As the restaurant only uses the best locally sourced products and ingredients in the Michelin-starred dishes the restaurant prepares, this means that he is also highly attuned to the changing seasons and the changes in availability of some ingredients.
In harmony with the changing seasons, he changes the menu also. He uses the changing seasons to guide his decisions in which dishes to offer on the menu and uses the entire palette of fresh, natural produce in Thailand as it ripens and becomes available throughout the year.
As we enter the summer months in Thailand, so too has the new Royal Summer: Weekend Exclusive Menu been launched at R-HAAN.
The authentic dishes presented are each meticulously prepared and presented on beautiful hand-painted ceramic recreations of the tableware once used in the Royal Palace during the Rattanakosin era.
An a la carte version of the degustation menu will be served at R-HAAN during lunch hours between 11.00 AM to 14:30 PM on the weekend during the summer months from March 9 to May 9.
